My name is Andrew Dela Cruz and I am Personal Trainer and Performance Coach.  My career in the fitness industry began at the corporate sector where I had the opportunity to train under Austin Toloza.  He taught many values that have helped me mold into the Coach that I am today and that I still strive to become.

I intend to help members to be technically sound in their movements.  Every person is coachable, it just takes a little bit of hard work, some motivation, and a sprinkle of fun, and all of sudden there are new heights to be reached and tons to look forward to!
