I specialize in helping you get better. That can mean faster, stronger, leaner, or my personal favorite, be in less pain. Be the better version of you that keeps nagging you when you're out of breath from taking the stairs, sneaking up on you when you see pictures of yourself and not remembering looking that way.

I will help you feel better about yourself and BE better. Prepare to work hard but smart, have fun, and get the results you're after... while having a good time. 

Find me instructing conditioning classes in the evenings during the week and Saturday mornings or get some personal time with 1-on-1 training. I also instruct women's self-defense seminars.

Personal fitness journey

I myself have experienced injury and have continuous struggles with chronic pain starting from the age of 12 and have learned to work with my issues with humor and hard work. Despite my setbacks, at one point I was leading groups of over 50 people on skates through the streets of my college town for 10 miles at a time. Put a pair of boxing gloves on me, and I will hit (I've been told) startlingly hard, all without damaging myself. I learned how to use my body in a way that helps rather than hinders.

It is possible to be able to move in a way that will benefit you, whether it's standard weight lifting or taking a walk. We'll find what will work for you and create great long-term benefits rather than a quick fix.
